Each client has a different financial goal for their transaction. Whether we’re buying or selling a primary residence, investing in an income property, or looking for a great “project” home; defending the interests of my clients is the top objective throughout the entire process.
Peace of Mind
Experience is the greatest teacher. Through my years of experience, I’ve seen and learned a lot. While not all transactions are trouble-free, I pride myself in taking the burden off my clients and using my expertise, supporting team, and contacts to minimize what can be a stressful transaction.
Specialized Focus
While I have worked with clients across the upstate, my area of expertise is the area between Greer and Greenville more regularly referred to as “the eastside”. I focus daily on this subset of neighborhoods. This is the area I live and family stays involved in the community. By focusing on a relatively small geography, I’ve been able to become the local resident expert when it comes to anything Real Estate related.
